From Kavango West, with Namibia in mind.
Forest Digital Academy CC is a 100% Namibian-owned technology company, established in 2021 and registered as a Close Corporation. We’re building practical digital opportunities, step by step, from Nkurenkuru.
Our purposeTechnology that moves people forward.Useful, accessible and grounded in everyday life.
We believe technology should be useful, accessible, and grounded in everyday life. Our digital-first approach connects our local perspective with opportunities to work with people and organisations across Namibia.
We’re building step by step: sharing the work we do today, being clear about what is still in development, and creating space for others to contribute.
Practical steps. A bigger purpose.
We’re growing through focused technology projects, a stronger digital presence, and relationships close to home.

Kavango Digital Transformation Initiative
A proposed long-term initiative to expand digital opportunity across Kavango West, starting in Nkurenkuru and growing in phases.
The first proposed phase is the Nkurenkuru Digital Employment Pathways Hub, connecting practical digital learning with future employment and enterprise opportunities.
See our future plansProgramme and accreditation status: FDA’s Close Corporation registration is a business registration, not an educational accreditation. FDA is not currently accredited by the Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA) or registered with the Namibia Training Authority (NTA). The proposed community hub and its participant programmes depend on funding, partnerships, and approvals and are not open for enrolment. Our separate free, self-paced online courses are available now for informal skills development.
Big possibilities begin with a conversation.
Bring your expertise, resources, or ideas. Together, we can explore what practical digital opportunity could look like for Namibia.
